Teff-Riffic is an Ethiopian food stand inside the Allen Market Place consisting of healthy vegan, vegetarian, and chicken dishes. It is owned and operated by Rahel Musa, an Eritrian native.
Teff, a tiny gluten-free whole grain that is a nutritional powerhouse is Musa’s signature ingredient as she preps her Ethiopian dishes and creates her teff flour. Musa’s native country, Eritrea, is located just north of Ethiopia and is well known for growing teff which has been a staple of traditional Ethiopian cooking for thousands of years. Musa is bringing that tradition to Lansing and sharing her love of teff flour and healthy options to the community.
Popular meu items consist of: samosa, alicha, tumtumo, zigni and her signature injera bread. Customers also love her packed teff flour pancake mix.
Preorders for Tuesday pickup must be placed by Sunday night at the latest.
